Cancelling an Online Store Order

If you contact us within 6 hours of placing your online store order, you are eligible to request a cancellation.

We do accept online store order cancellations within the first 6 hours after purchase, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

After 6 hours, or once the online store order has entered processing or shipping, cancellations will no longer be possible.

Cancelling an Shop App Order

We’re sorry, but we’re unable to accept cancellations for Shop App orders due to the Shop app’s refund policy. We appreciate your understanding.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of receiving your order, no matter where you are.

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase is required.
    • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
    • The customer must pay 15% of the purchase amount as a return/restocking fee.

  • How to Start a Return or Exchange:

    • Contact us at hello@keyartisan.net to initiate the return process.
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
    • For exchanges, after receiving your returned item, customer should order for a new product.

Refunds

We offer refunds in the following cases — each claim will be carefully reviewed in detail to ensure fairness and accuracy:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
  2. Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit and cannot be delivered, we will issue a full refund.
  3. Returns: If your returned item meets the conditions above, we will issue a refund once we receive and inspect it.

If you’ve added Shipping Insurance (available for a small fee), you’ll receive an immediate refund after a quick verification in case of any issue. We guarantee 100% satisfaction and peace of mind with every insured order.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us.

60-Day Cooling-Off Period (Worldwide)

Regardless of your location, you have the right return your order within 60 days for any reason, without justification. Once again, Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
